Yacht Management Program
Today it is becoming more and more difficult to justify
sole ownership of a yacht when you compare the cost to
the amount of time you will actually be able to use your
boat. In fact, industry research has found that the
average yacht owner will use his/her
boat only 38 days a year. Even if you plan to
use your boat much more than the average skipper, you
would probably like to find a way, such as our yacht management program, to offset your costs
when your boat is just sitting at the dock.
Since 1982 we have been managing late model sail and
power boats in our yacht charter and yacht-share
programs. These yachts are owned privately by people who
either:

Are not using their boat as much as they should and
are thinking of selling it.

Or, are well able to afford their boat but their
practical side tells them that they cannot justify
owning an asset which is used infrequently

Or, want to upgrade to a newer or larger yacht but
cannot justify the expense

Or, the cost of yacht ownership may be "getting
away" from them and the monthly payments may be
becoming a problem

Or, perhaps they live out of town and worry about
their yacht in their absence
