Keypower bow thruster. 45 pound CQR anchor with 400 feet chain. Lofrans Tigress electric anchor winch with foot operated switches and anchor chain wash-down system. Dingy (9.5 foot Avon). Pressure water system (hot and cold) with hot water heated by 110-volt shore power, engine hot water and Dickenson oil-fired heater. Dodger covering centre cockpit. Boarding ladder attached to swim grid. Hot and cold water shower hose in lazarette. Propane barbeque.
Electronics
Raymarine RayChart 435 GPS with colour chart plotter. Icom 602 VHF radio. Raymarine ST 60 plus wind speed and direction indicator, digital depth sounder, knot meter and log. Wema gauges for fuel, water and holding tank levels. 825-ampere hour battery consisting of 6 - 2 volt cells. Xantrex TrueCharge2 40 amp battery charger. Tachometer, bilge blower, navigation lights, compass, rudder indicator. AM/FM stereo with CD and cassette player, speakers in main and aft cabin. Clock, barometer, smoke detector.
 Accommodation
Sleeps 7. Forward cabin has v-berth for two people as well as separate head and shower, including Tecma Silence Plus electric head (new 2010). Aft cabin has double berth and separate head. Salon has double berth and one single berth. Fully equipped galley including 12-volt refrigerator, separate 12-volt freezer, Krups toaster oven, 4 burner Force 10 propane stove with oven and broiler. There are 2 x 20 pound propane tanks in the lazarette.
